Quality Control
Quality control focuses on outdoor safety, material consistency, pull force, hardware function, stitching strength, coating finish, and retail packaging accuracy.
Inspection Points by Product Type
| Product | Main QC Points |
|---|---|
| Dog tie out cable | Cable pull force, coating thickness, clip rotation, cable length, rust resistance, package completeness |
| Spiral stake kit | Stake weld, spiral shape, surface coating, cable connection, instruction sheet, warning card |
| Dog trolley system | Pulley rolling, clamp strength, cable line length, accessory count, installation guide |
| Dog leash | Webbing tensile strength, stitch density, handle comfort, hook function, logo position |
| Retractable leash | Brake lock, recoil smoothness, shell assembly, tape pull force, drop test, packaging protection |
| LED leash | Light mode, battery/rechargeable function, wiring, switch, webbing assembly, instruction card |
Factory QC Workflow
- Incoming material check for cable, webbing, hooks, coating, packaging, and electronic modules.
- In-process inspection for cutting length, coating surface, stitching, assembly, and accessory matching.
- Functional testing for swivel clips, retractable brake, bungee recovery, pulley rolling, and LED light modes.
- Pull force and connection checks based on product type and buyer positioning.
- Final inspection for appearance, label, barcode, instruction card, carton mark, and packing quantity.
- Pre-shipment random check with photos or inspection report when required.
